Terms & Conditions — vippp Platform Rules and User Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the vippp website located at https://vippp.io, including all pages, features, services, games, and tools available through that domain.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless expressly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by vippp.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Know Your Customer" / "KYC" means the identity and document verification process required by vippp to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bet placement, or transfer of funds to or from an Account.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference timezone used by vippp for all time-stamped records and settlement deadlines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on the vippp Platform, you confirm that:

1. You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
2. You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the vippp Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
3. You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by any game-specific rules, bonus terms, and promotional conditions published on the Platform from time to time.
4. You are registering and playing for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.

Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where amendments are material, vippp will endeavour to notify registered Players by email or in-account notification prior to the changes taking effect.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the vippp Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity. vippp reserves the right to require age verification documentation at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. vippp makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in all locations.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by vippp or any other recognised responsible gaming programme, at the time of registration or use.

4 Account Registration

To access the full features of the vippp Platform, Players must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• One Account Rule: Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account. The creation of multiple Accounts — for any purpose, including circumventing bonus restrictions or account suspensions — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accuracy of Information: You must provide your true legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of Balance.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. vippp will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account Currency: Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All Balances, Transactions, and Bonus amounts are displayed in BDT unless otherwise indicated.
• Notification of Compromise: If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify vippp support immediately via live chat at [email protected].

5 Account Verification (KYC)

vippp is committed to maintaining a secure and fraud-free environment for all Players. As part of this commitment, vippp operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit the following documents at any point during their use of the Platform:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate showing your legal name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, confirming your residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard) is registered in your name.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, particularly for high-value transactions, vippp may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds used for deposits.

vippp reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict Account access pending completion of KYC verification. Players who fail to provide requested documentation within 30 days of the request may have their Account permanently closed. Balances held in Accounts closed for KYC non-compliance will be subject to review and may be withheld pending investigation.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vippp Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. vippp does not accept cash deposits, third-party payments, or cryptocurrency at this time.
• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold cannot be processed.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit. This rule is applied to prevent money laundering and protect Player funds.
• Processing Times: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account balance automatically, typically within 60 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but vippp targets completion within five minutes for mobile money withdrawals during normal operating conditions.
• Transaction Limits: Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all Accounts. Specific limits are displayed within the Payment section of your Account dashboard. Higher limits may be available for verified High Roller Accounts.
• Charges: vippp does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which vippp bears no responsibility.
• Failed Transactions: vippp is not responsible for failed transactions caused by the Player's payment provider, network interruptions, or incorrect payment details entered by the Player.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

vippp offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. vippp reserves the right to determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis and to exclude Players from specific promotions at its discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Sports betting, slots, and casino games may carry different contribution percentages. Full contribution tables are available within the relevant promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account balance without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your Account at a time. Accepting a new promotion while a previous bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse: vippp monitors all Accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent. vippp reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings where abuse is identified.

8 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules govern all sports betting activity on the vippp Platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets offered:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted only upon receipt of a confirmation message or bet ID from the vippp system. Bets for which no confirmation is received should be treated as not placed, and Players should contact support before re-placing the bet.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your accepted bet.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief processing delay during which the odds may change. vippp reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during stoppages in play.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant outcome is determined, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account Balance.
• Minimum/Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are set by vippp and are displayed within the bet placement interface. vippp reserves the right to restrict maximum winnings on any single market.
• Obvious Errors: vippp reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data error, or human error. Players who knowingly exploit such errors may have their Accounts restricted.
• Cricket Specific: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all other cricket betting markets, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI) shall be the result used for settlement. Weather-affected matches will be settled on the D/L method result where applicable.

9 Casino Games

The following terms apply to all casino games available on the vippp Platform, including live dealer games, slots, crash games, table games, and game shows:

• Game Providers: Casino games are supplied by independent third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. Each provider's games are subject to their own certified Return to Player (RTP) rates and random number generation (RNG) systems.
• RNG Certification: All slot and table game outcomes are determined by independently certified RNG software. vippp does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios. In the event of a technical interruption during a live game hand or round, the round will be settled in accordance with the relevant game provider's published rules for interrupted rounds.
• Game Malfunction: In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that results in a game being interrupted mid-round and the outcome being undeterminable, the bet stake will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.
• Maximum Win: Individual game maximum win limits apply as stated in each game's information panel. vippp reserves the right to cap single-session winnings above a stated threshold subject to verification.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vippp Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without human oversight.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or system glitches for financial gain.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy that exploits promotional terms in bad faith.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts simultaneously or in sequence.
• Allowing a third party to use your Account, or using a third party's Account.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving winnings or bonus funds.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward vippp staff or other Players via any communication channel.

11 Responsible Gaming

vippp is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all Players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible free of charge from within your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can lose.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration, after which your session will be automatically ended.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of six months.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the vippp Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "vippp", all logos, visual design elements, software, game content, text, images, graphics, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of vippp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without prior written consent from vippp.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the Platform.
• Use vippp's brand name, trademarks, or logos in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property may result in legal action. Third-party game content (e.g., games supplied by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, or other providers) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to their own licence terms.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vippp's liability to any Player is limited as follows:

• vippp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if vippp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• vippp shall not be liable for any losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service interruptions, third-party payment provider failures, power outages, acts of government, or force majeure events.
• vippp's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• vippp makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities, although vippp employs industry-standard measures to maintain platform availability and security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit vippp's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

vippp collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Key data protection commitments include:

• Player personal data is used solely for the purposes of operating your Account, processing Transactions, conducting KYC verification, and communicating with you about your Account and the Platform.
• vippp does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Player data is stored on secure servers using 256-bit SSL encryption and access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel only.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected], subject to vippp's legal obligations to retain certain records.

15 Amendments to These Terms

vippp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect a Player's rights or obligations — vippp will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the registered email address on your Account or via an in-account notification.

Minor amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes that are beneficial to Players) may be made without advance notice. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page, with the effective date displayed at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected].

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and vippp, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact vippp support via live chat or email at [email protected]. vippp will endeavour to resolve all complaints informally within five (5) business days of receipt.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is not achieved, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. vippp will respond with a final decision within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied following vippp's final decision, you may seek independent resolution through a recognised dispute resolution body. vippp will cooperate with any legitimate external dispute resolution process.

All disputes, actions, and proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to vippp's operating jurisdiction. Players are responsible for compliance with local laws in their own jurisdiction.
